Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities under their account.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must provide necessary materials such as CAD files, logos, scripts, and other details in a timely manner for successful project completion.

6. Payment Terms

Payments may be required as deposits, milestones, and final settlements. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in invoices.

7. Revision Policy

We offer a specified number of revisions per project phase. Additional changes may be subject to extra charges.

8. Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates depend on project complexity and timely client feedback. We endeavor to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by the client.

9. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Unreal Studio retains rights for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise agreed.

10. Confidentiality

We protect client information and expect mutual confidentiality regarding sensitive project details.

11. Use Restrictions

Clients agree not to use our content unlawfully or in ways that infringe on third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our services and content are provided "as is." We disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site or services.
